Semaun Holdings is the investment and trading arm of the government in enhancing economic diversification programs of Brunei Darussalam. It is fully funded by the Government of Brunei. It was established under Brunei Darussalam Companies Act as a private limited company on December, 8th 1994. Semaun Holdings has achieved a track record of successful launching of joint ventures with overseas from Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, in areas such as aquaculture, food processing and fine glass crystal manufacturing. Local companies are also involved in the joint ventures. Business discussion have also been actively taking place with potential investors from Sweden, Canada, Australia and Malaysia. Our partners enjoy the benefits of working with a progressive team which can facilitate solid growth in an exciting market. While our emphasis is on joint venture projects in Brunei, we also considers overseas investments in foreign firms where such investments will reinforce the positions of existing joint venture projects in Brunei or enhancing strategic partnerships with suitable Bruneian companies. |
